Protein Lab

It turns out proteins are much more complicated than just fish and chicken. They are like complicated machines made of even more complicated machines that work through thousands of bonds. We made our own proteins and it was so cool how nature could easily bind molecules of opposite charges, make weak, but sufficient bonds, and keep hydrophilic (water lovers) and hydrophobic (water haters) in order. -Aliya Blackwood
