    This is the PowerPoint show that we used to demonstrate the Rate-A-Plate activity using the Monterrey Bay Aquarium Seafood Guides. Feel free to edit it and customize it to meet the needs of your target audience. Also, do some research and find what some local restaurants are actually serving and include those images for discussion into the PowerPoint. It just might inspire some students to “hit the pavement” with those guides and help make a change or reinforce good decisions about the seafood we consume!

      Hi Mike,

      How’s it going? I’m trying to find the place where we bought seaweed from for the classification activity. Do you remember where we got it from?
